If you take this option, which is at cost price, your pupils can book and cancel lessons and pay online without having to wait for you to call them back.
We have found this increases sales by 25%!
You could also offer an incentive for those booking online, so that calls to you are reduced, leaving you free to teach.
The system also has a pupil scorecard, which enables you to keep a check of how your pupils are doing. Pupils can also log on book and cancel lessons and check their balance online.
New pupils can be booked directly into your online diary and then sent to you via 'SMS' message. Your diary is always up to date and can be accessed at anytime via mobile phone or PC.
Here is a basic example of how it works.
1. The pupil selects a lesson type, 'Standard' for manual, 'Automatic' or 'PDI', enters their home postcode and tells you where they saw your advert or site.
The user then 'checks for availability and prices'
2. The user is then presented with a list to chose from giving various prices of lessons and offers that you may have. If they are happy they then click to check appointment
times and availability. Remember this is a live link to your diary so no double bookings! There is a 30 buffer added between lessons, so travelling time is already planned in.
3. the computer offers the pupil a list of times and days that you are available. Remeber you dictate when YOU want to work, so no one can book a slot on your day off!
4. The user then selects a time and is taken to a booking screen which captures all of their details.
5. The user accepts the date and time and then enters all of their details.
6. The booking is then confirmed and booked into your diary and a message is sent to you via SMS.
Its that simple.
