If you’re a fully qualified instructor or about to take your ADI part 3, we want to hear from you!

From just £29 a week you could be part of the Bumpers team and with our support, start your own successful instructing career. There are no hidden costs, no tie-ins and no catches, just guaranteed work – as much as you can handle!

You won’t pay us a penny until we’ve provided you with a minimum of 10 new pupils (5 for part time).

You can even take a four-week payment break once you’ve been with us for six months.

Bumpers is run by instructors for instructors. We’re not trying to be the biggest, but we are determined to be the best. That’s why we only take on the cream of driving instructor talent – like you.

And to help you stay on top we can help you with your ADI qualifications too. If you’re about to take part 3 we can help with check test training, delivered by Grade 6 ADI and ORDIT registered instructors and designed to help you secure your livelihood.

We handle the hassles so you can get on with the teaching.

Our fully supportive network keeps you busy, and takes the hassle out of running your business so you can do what you do best – teach. All we ask is that you agree to display a Bumpers roofbox and magnetics.

Part Time

up to 20 hours a week

If your limited to working part time, on can only do certain times or days, why not join us on our fantastic part time franchise.

We will supply you with enough pupils to fill up to 20 hours of work per week.

You can fit in the lessons around your commitments, such as the school run or perhaps another job. Whatever you need we can help.

We handle your calls, take payments over the phone and do all your advertising for you.

All you need to do is slip on a Bumpers roofbox.

Remember that the roofbox, magnetics and signwriting is FREE.

Part Time Cost?

This will only cost you £30 per week with no tie in, all we ask is a 'one team' approach.

Full Time

up to 40+ hours a week

If your want to be a full time ADI, why not join us on our fantastic full time franchise.

We will supply you with enough pupils to fill at least 30-40 hours of work per week.

You can fit in the lessons around your commitments, such as the school run or perhaps another job. Whatever you need we can help.

We handle your calls, take payments over the phone and do all your advertising for you.

All you need to do is slip on a Bumpers roofbox.

Remember that the roofbox, magnetics and signwriting are FREE.

Full Time Cost?

This will only cost you £50 per week with no tie in, all we ask is a 'one team' approach.

With Car

Use a Bumpers Car

If you do not have your own car, we can supply you with a fully signwritten vehicle on our full time franchise.

Apart from supplying you with full time work, we can supply you with a new car every 6-12 months all for one low price.

Depending on the vehicle you choose, prices can be as low as £450 per month including a car.

All you need to do is drive the vehicle and give great quality lessons to Bumpers pupils.

With Car costs?

This will only cost you £110 per week with a six month tie in, all we ask is a 'one team' approach.
